Terms of Use

These Regulations set out the terms of use of the Cqure.pl website, in particular the rights and obligations of its Users.

 

Cqure Sp. z o. o. with its registered office in Warsaw (00-732) Warsaw Unit, 1 Rondo Daszyńskiego Street, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, XII Economic Department under KRS No. 951570, REGON 521173102, NIP 7011073207, with a share capital of PLN 5000, hereinafter referred to as “Cqure.

 

The Service will be provided on the Service. The Service shall be understood to mean the Internet portal made available by Cqure at the current address www.cqure.pl and at addresses that are redirects to this address, as well as any other that is a supplement or continuation of it and any that replaces it. Insofar as Cqure Sp. z o.o. makes the Service available through applications installed on electronic devices, including mobile devices, cqure.pl should also be understood to mean the cqure.pl portal made available through such applications, subject to any differences in content, type and scope of services provided compared to the basic version of the Service.

Who can use the Service?

The service may only be used by a natural person who has full legal capacity (hereinafter “User”).

Terms of Service

The service is provided to individuals free of charge.

For proper provision of the Service, Internet access and a device with a popular web browser in its latest version or a dedicated application in its latest version are required.

What is the Service?

CQURE within the Service provides Services consisting of:

  • the possibility for the User to learn about the scope of activities undertaken by Cqure in connection with its business activities,
  • sending the Newsletter,

Advertising content may be presented on the Site, but Cqure does not post electronically submitted offers on the Site.

When you use the Service, Cqure will collect information about the features of the Service that you use for purposes:

  • Statistical,
  • Monitoring system stability and security.

They may also be used to automatically personalize the Service.

Detailed purposes and methods of processing of personal data entrusted to CQURE Sp. z o.o. are contained in the Privacy Policy which is attached to these Regulations.

User Responsibilities

  1. The User is responsible for all actions taken in the use of the Service.
  2. The User is prohibited from:
    • Publish and distribute through the service unlawful content, in particular, publish content considered offensive, inciting hatred, violating the rights of third parties.
    • Publish and distribute advertisements for goods, services, commercial websites and other content of a commercial nature.
    • Using the Service to conduct activities that are inconsistent with the purpose of the Service.
    • Conduct any activities detrimental to the interest of Cqure Ltd.
    • Forward emails originating from the Service to others.
    • Conducting activities that may affect the operation of the Service.

Responsibility

  1. CQURE reserves the right to modify the Services, tools and operation of the Service at any time, including deleting any data collected in the database, discontinuing operations, transferring rights to the Service, and taking any actions permitted by law in connection with the Service. The User shall not be entitled to any claims against CQURE for the indicated actions.
  2. CQURE reserves the right to temporarily, totally or partially disable the Service or individual elements included in the Service in order to improve the Service, add functionality or perform maintenance without prior notice to Users.

Complaints

  1. Disturbances in the functioning of cqure.co.uk and problems and comments related to the provided Services within cqure.co.uk may be advertised by the User by reporting it to [….].
  2. A complaint will be considered by CQURE within a period not exceeding 30 days from the date of the complaint. However, CQURE reserves the right to leave the complaint unprocessed if it is due to ignorance of these Regulations, its appendices or the law.
  3. Complaints submitted to CQURE and concerning services provided by third parties through CQURE will not be processed. CQURE is under no obligation to forward complaints to the appropriate entity responsible for processing the complaint.

Newsletter service

  1. Free service provided by electronic means, consisting of the provision by CQURE to Users of news, information on interesting events related to cyber security and other materials such as e-books, as well as information related to the activities of CQURE, sent to the e-mail address indicated by the User; ,
  2. Newsletter subscription service is provided by CQURE to Users who give their consent. Consent is always voluntary
  3. In order to activate the Newsletter subscription service, the User must have a device with access to the Internet and an active electronic mail (e-mail) address.
  4. In order to subscribe to the Newsletter, the User orders the service through a form available on the Site. As soon as the User clicks on the link sent to the e-mail address provided in the manner indicated above, a Newsletter service agreement is concluded between Cqure and the User for an indefinite period of time.
  5. The User may terminate the Newsletter service agreement at any time with immediate effect by deactivating the subscription. Cancellation of the Newsletter may be effected, among other things, by activating the appropriate link provided in the footer of each electronic letter sent as part of the Newsletter service or by contacting CQURE directly.

Final provisions

  1. CQURE is entitled to amend the Terms and Conditions in the event of legal changes, changes in the way services are provided, changes in the form of CQURE’s business, as well as in the event of technical changes related to the IT infrastructure used.
  2. The amendment to the Terms and Conditions shall be effective within 14 days from the date of publishing information about the amendment on the Service.
  3. The Service, as well as the content published on the Service, is protected by copyright.
  4. The Regulations and the Service are subject to the generally applicable provisions of Polish law.
  5. Any disputes related to the application of the Regulations will be settled by the Polish common court.
