Position:
Trainings Project Coordinator – Cybersecurity

Responsibilities:
a. Coordinate training preparation, including logistics and requirements with international clients and CQURE Experts
b. Coordinate training execution, including expert bookings, participant communication, training materials, LMS access, technical readiness checks, subcontractors, and client acceptance
c. Communicate proactively with clients, experts, and participants by email and phone
d. Ensure smooth communication and execution throughout the training project
e. Act as the key point of contact for team members, experts, and clients, resolving any issues or concerns that may arise
f. Other tasks and duties related to the above responsibilities

Requirements:
a. 2+ years of experience in training coordination or educational events
b. Advanced English proficiency (C1 level required)
c. Multitasking ability across projects and topics
d. Openness to learn and adapt
e. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
f. An optimistic attitude, initiative, and engagement! 🙂

Tech Stack Requirements:
a. Project Management: Scoro
b. LMS: Thinkific, LearnWorlds
c. Microsoft Suite: SharePoint, Teams, Office, etc.

Nice to have:
a. Experience in project management
b. Experience in IT or cybersecurity
c. Knowledge of languages other than English

Work schedule:
a. Days: Monday-Friday
b. Work time: Flexible & on demand, including coordination across international time zones
c. Hours / week: 40 hours
d. Remote: 1-2 days / week
