Position:
Account & Project Manager – Cybersecurity

Responsibilities:
a. Build and maintain relationships with international clients from the company pipeline and existing partners
b. Negotiate offers and close international cybersecurity project sales against an individual target
c. Communicate proactively with clients by email and phone
d. Own project scope, schedule, budget, resource coordination, and client acceptance at national and international levels
e. Ensure smooth communication and execution throughout the project
f. Act as the key point of contact for team members and clients, resolving issues or concerns that may arise
g. Coordinate the work of subcontractors and team members involved in projects
h. Other tasks and duties related to the above responsibilities

Requirements:
a. 2+ years of enterprise tech sales experience
b. Experience in project management
c. Advanced English proficiency (C1 level required)
d. Multitasking ability across projects and topics
e. Openness to learn and adapt
f. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
g. An optimistic attitude, initiative, and engagement! 🙂

Tech Stack Requirements:
a. Sales: Pipedrive
b. Project Management: Scoro
c. Microsoft Suite: SharePoint, Teams, Office, etc.

Nice to have:
a. Experience in IT or cybersecurity
b. Knowledge of languages other than English

Work schedule:
a. Days: Monday-Friday
b. Work time: Flexible & on demand
c. Hours / week: 40 hours
d. Remote: 1-2 days / week
